Letter from M. A. Roberts, Director of Project, Books for the Adult Blind, to Mrs. Grace D. Lacey, Librarian for the Blind at the Wayne County Library in Detroit, Michigan. Letter details a change in procedure for ordering replacement records that are parts of Talking Books. Mentions American Printing House for the Blind and American Federation of the Blind (A.F.B.) as sources. This memorandum was included with a cover letter to Mrs Grace Lacey, Librarian for the Library for the Blind in Detroit, Michigan, dated February 25, 1941, and a listing of Talking Books offered by the Books for the Adult Blind Project, from Mr Voorhus, its director in Washington.
